options such as color and piping size with water softener
or auto-backwashing filter orders, simply reply to your Water

On single systems
and component orders, UPS Ground shipping is used. UPS Ground
is capable of providing tracking information as a free service.
When your order ships, we will receive a tracking number via
email that will be forwarded to the address you gave to us
through PayPal.
Important:
Because
our systems and components are shipped directly from the OEM
manufacturer in most cases, weekend and holiday orders may
be delayed. The manufactures and UPS Ground or R&L Carriers
exclude weekends and holidays from their shipping and delivery
projections.
For commercial
water treatment equipment or multiple residential system orders,
common carrier freight is used. These are normally mid-sized
trucks with hydraulic lift-gates on the back to provide delivery
to nearly any type of destination. UPS Ground shipping tracking
numbers will not be issued on these larger orders. We encourage
you to contact
us for the shipping status of larger orders. |
