I
believe that WaterValue's staff has a deep understanding
of water
purification systems. I was looking for an obscure part
(a MicroLine "drain
restrictor") and found that WaterValue had the best
on-line information
about this. Moreoever, I was thoroughly impressed when Mr.
Andrew Cross
answered my phone call on Dec. 26, 2005 (the Monday after
Xmas), and was
able and willing to comment candidly about the state of
inventory.
I've
since looked over their help pages, and have been rather
pleasantly
astonished at the amount of effort that's gone into them.
I feel that
WaterValue is a firm that's genuinely dedicated to assisting
everyone who
wishes to have and enjoy good quality water, and to deal
with the existing
systems.
I'm
not a plumber - just an ordinary computer consultant. Hardware
just isn't my thing. I've spent ten frustrating years trying
to learn and
understand how to deal with my own MicroLine R.O., because
I live in
Lafayette IN - a town that's notorious (even in IN) for
its lousy and
unhealthy tap water.
What
I really like about WaterValue is that they're trying to
help us
regular folks own and control our own water systems. THREE
CHEERS FOR WATER
VALUE and POWER TO THE PEOPLE (or the consumer, LOL).
