Pricing
Policy: Water
Value strives to maintain the lowest prices for the highest
quality water treatment equipment possible. In the event
of a price change, no previous prices will be honored.
The posted price of a particular piece of equipment for
that day is the only price observed. Old and outdated
web pages will not be honored. Local cashe' will not be
honored. Outdated hardcopies will not be honored. You
must be able to access the web document from a live internet
connection. This policy also protects the consumer from
over-paying in the event of a price decrease.
Price
Quotes: In
the event of a live telephone conversation, price quotes
may be issued that are not published on the web site.
These price quotes are valid for a period of 5 business
days begining with the date of the quote. Beyond the 5
day period, only prices published on the web site will
be honored. Facsimile (FAX) quotes requested by the user
may be made that do not match prices published on the
web site. These quotes will include an expiration date.
After the expiration of said facsimile, only the prices
published on the web site are valid.
Liability:
Water Value
Company cannot be held responsible for damages to property,
persons or equipment as a result of improper installation,
defects in materials or product, delivery issues or other
events that are out of our control. Water Value Company
will not be held liable for injuries that occur during
installation, receiving, storage, transporting or use
of product(s) that we sell. Water Value Company agrees
to work with the manufacturer in the event of a warranty
issue pertaining to equipment sold by us. We will make
every effort to ensure that our customers are not without
treated water for any significant period of time. Water
Value Company cannot be held responsible for costs incurred
for diagnosis or repairs of system problems under any
circumstance. Water Value Company will not be held responsible
for mis-diagnosis of your water problems and treatment
methods unless we perform the water test. Our products
will perform as advertised so long as the water problem(s)
they are designed to treat is properly identified.
Water Value Company will be held responsible
for proper and accurate delivery of purchased products
and merchandise ordered on this web site.
UPS
Ground Shipping: Water
Value Company will not be held liable for the failure
of UPS Ground services to provide tracking number information.
This is a free service provided by UPS Ground. Every reasonable
effort will be made by the company to forward this information
to the customer. Occasionally, these shipping companies
will fail to provide tracking number information for whatever
reasons. This does not mean that your order did not ship,
it simply means that the company does not posess your
tracking number information. If you have a "spam-blocker"
email program in place, you may not receive your confirmation
and tracking email. If you provide an inaccurate email
address to us, you will not receive your confirmation
and tracking email.
