That is why we do not sell, distribute or in any way release
your personal information to any other organizations. You
will be contacted by us via e-mail with order confirmation
and shipping tracking number. You will not be put on a mailing
or calling list. Unless requested by you, Water Value Company
will not contact you after your delivery has been verified
except for purposes of customer satisfaction.

Value Company requires a physical delivery address to which
we send your equipment. Post office box numbers will not
work. We will retain this address long enough to verify
proper delivery. Your name and Water Value order number
will be retained for the warranty period of your equipment
and will only be used by us for verification of your original
order. In certain commercial account transactions, Water
Value Company will retain delivery and contact information
only for future transactions.
Telephone
Number: Upon
purchase of a product, you will be prompted for a telephone
number. Your telephone number is requested by our shipper
and is not used or retained by Water Value Company. Your
telephone number will be used by the shipper to contact
you in the event of delivery difficulties. Water Value does
not retain a record of your telephone number. We will not
call you.
How
Purchase Information Is Processed: Your
personal and payment information is conducted over a secure
server utilizing high levels of encryption technology. Water
Value Company does not receive nor retain your credit card
number. Our payment processor - PayPal - accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express and "E-Check" payments.
Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement
as "Water Value Company". Any information of yours
that we do retain is not available on a data network nor
in a file drawer somewhere. It is not transported or in
any way at risk of being stolen. We do not see nor retain
your payment method or billing address. Water Value does
keep a record of State of Michigan sales tax payments per
transaction which is required by the Michigan Treasury.
This sales tax is payable only by customers with transactions
originating in the state of Michigan.
